Returns 

Our return policy is easy and simple.

 

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t, we will give you a refund within 30 days of your order date provided the product is unused and in original packaging. You may ship the product back to us or take advantage of flat rate shipping of only $10.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Return Process

• E-mail hello@3whysusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
• If approved, we will provide shipping instructions on how and where to send the package. 
• Once received, inspected and approved, we will issue you a refund on your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for credit to show up in your account. Credit is provided minus the shipping cost.
• Original shipping costs are not refundable
